It has been a while
Hello Friends and Family,
It has been a while, has it not? For the past couple of years, I have been working in the cooking industry to expand my knowledge on nutrition, dietary restrictions and the value of integrating cultural food in mainstream practices. While I was away, I got my Nutritional Diet Certificate from Algonquin College in 2021. This is in addition to my Hospitality and Culinary management diploma from Algonquin College in 2016.
